We've listed deals on the game itself, prebuilt gaming PCs that will run the game smoothly at any resolution, and fast computer components and peripherals that will make your gaming experience that much better. These deals and more below.

Battlefield 2042 Open Beta Runs October 8 to 9

The Battlefield 2042 Open Beta starts tonight, October 8 at midnight PDT and runs until Saturday, October 9 at midnight PDT. The open beta is free for all players; you don't need to already have preordered BF2042 to participate. You will have to download the game client off Steam, Origin, or Epic Games Store, and you can preload it now. I myself have been playing it non-stop and, having played Battlefield since BF2, I can say it's shaping up to be the funnest game in the series in quite a while. The beta is chock full of bugs, but that's to be expected from every Battlefield beta I've played and presumably most of them should be ironed out before the actual release on November 19.

Get a WD Black SN750 500GB M.2 SSD, Get Battlefield 2042 for Free

For those of you who need a fast SSD upgrade and want to preorder a copy of Battlefield 2042, this is by far the best deal you'll find. The WD SN750 is already discounted from $114.99 down to $89.99, and you get a free copy of Battlefield 2042. Since the basic edition already costs over $50, you're saving a nice chunk of change here. Note that the open Battlefield 2042 beta is free for everyone from October 7 to 9, so it's not a big deal if this arrives later.

Dell XPS Intel Core i7 RTX 3060 PC for $1099.99

Need a new rig for Battlefield 2042? This is the best price at Dell for an RTX 3060 equipped gaming PC. The RTX 3060 is no slouch; its performance is superior to the RTX 2060 SUPER and almost matches the RTX 2070 SUPER in some games. It will easily handle all of your games at up to 1440p, and even 4K if your game isn't too demanding. It's paired with the latest 11th generation Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM, and dual hard drives. If you ever want to upgrade components (i.e. add another 8GB of RAM), you can do it easily without voiding the warranty.

Alienware Aurora R12 RTX 3070 PC for $1599.99

Select "RTX 3070" upgrade during the customization step

Make sure to select the RTX 3070 upgrade in the dropdown (by default the RTX 3060 is equipped). The RTX 3070 is a huge step up from the RTX 3060. It's slightly more powerful that the previous generation's champ, the RTX 2080 SUPER. Currently there's no other prebuilt gaming PC on the market equipped with an RTX 3070 at this price or less. You should be able to easily run BF2042 at up to 3440×1440 and 60+fps.

Alienware Aurora R12 RTX 3080 PC for $2199.99

Do you need a rig that can run Battlefield 2042 in 4K? If you've been on the lookout for the extremely elusive RTX 3080 video card for your (up to 4K) gaming needs, then check out this ready-to-go prebuilt Alienware Aurora gaming PC from Dell. This PC comes equipped with an 11th gen Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of memory, 512GB SSD, and a separate 1TB hard drive for storage. The RTX 3080 is way more powerful than the previous generation's best video card, the RTX 2080 Ti, and is the best recommended video card for 4K gaming. The RTX 3080 is the card I'm currently using for the BF2042 open beta, and I can run the game at 4K resolution and over 60fps consistently at medium to high settings.

14% Off When You Preorder Battlefield 2042 for PC

Green Man Gaming is offering an 18% discount on all three BF 2042 editions. All three will give you early access to the beta, but the Gold and Ultimate editions will also grant you early access to the game itself as well as the Year 1 Season Pass.

Watch an Amazon Prime Video, Get $5 Amazon Credit

Amazon Prime members can watch any Prime video, even a free one, and get $5 in Amazon credit deposited into your account. Technically you can treat this deal as YMMV (your mileage may vary) but many, many people have been able to get in on this deal. If you want to get the free credit for the least amount of work, how about Baby Shark Ep 1 with a 1:22 runtime?

Xbox Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller

If you plan to play BF2042 on your Xbox Series X, then you'll benefit from the most precise and customizable Xbox controller on the market. This professional-grade controller features adjustable tension thumbsticks, shorter hair trigger locks, wraparound textured grips, interchangeable thumbsticks and paddle shapes, custom profiles saved on your controller itself, and included USB Type C cable with charging dock. It boasts up to 40 hours of battery life and is compatible with the Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One, and PC.

Dell S2721DGF 27" 1440p GSYNC Gaming Monitor

This is an excellent monitor for fast moving FPS games like Battelfield 2042. It's one of the best 27" gaming monitors you can buy for under $500. The S2721DGF boasts a high quality IPS panel (better than the VA panel found on the popular S3220DGF model). It features wide viewing angles and excellent color rendition including 98% DCI-P3 color coverage, a super fast 1ms response time and up to 165Hz refresh rate through the DisplayPort. It's also FreeSync Premium Pro and G-SYNC compatible.

New 2021 Hisense 60" 4K TV for $350, 70" for $550

If you've been looking for a new 2021 60" or 70" 4K TV at an outstanding price, you can't get much cheaper than this. The new Hisense A8G has been discounted big time; the 60" model is only $399.99 (down from $550) and the 70" model is $549.99 (down from $850) at Best Buy. Don't be fooled by the bargain price; the A6G offers solid 4K HDR image quality and an excellent Android Smart TV interface.

$39.99 Nintendo Switch Games (Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Pokemon Snap, Zelda: Skyward Sword HD)

None of these games have ever dropped to $39.99 this year. Super Smash Bros is the fighting game on the Switch with a 74-character roster, 103 levels, and up to 8-player mayhem. In Pokemon Snap, instead of capturing pokemon, you're taking pictures of them. It's a fantastic game that's every bit as fun as the Pokemon Sword and Shield games before it, albeit with different game mechanics. Zelda: Skyward Sword is a great HD remake of the 2011 Wii original. Monster Hunter Rise is the newest Monster Hunter game; it came out in March of this year and is the closest thing you'll get to Monster Hunter World for the Switch console.

Apple AirPods Pro Noise-Cancelling Earbuds

If you regret not picking the Airpods Pro up on Amazon Prime Day, here's your chance to get it today at an even lower price. The AirPods Pro is considered one of the best noise-cancelling in-ear headphones you can get, especially for under $200. The noise cancellation is considered to be even better than the Bose Quietcomfort because of the natural noise isolating design of the in-ear earbuds. If isolation and sound quality are of utmost important to you, then it's worth the $80 upgrade over the vanilla AirPods 2.

2021 LG C1 65" 4K OLED TV Price Drop

Today the newest LG 65" 4K OLED TV has dropped to the lowest price we've ever seen. The LG C1 OLED TV improves upon last year's highly-rated CX model with an upgraded A9 Gen 4 processor that delivers slightly better image quality, better 4K scaling, and improved audio handling as well as a new webOS smart TV redesign. The C1 OLED TV also looks good when paired to a gaming PC with an RTX 30 series video card because it has HDMI 2.1 inputs that support 4K at 120Hz and G-SYNC. It's easily one of the best (if not the best) TVs on the market right now.
