Apple TV+’s Severance is one of the breakout hits of 2022 after it told a gripping and fascinating story of a world where science has found a way to literally separate your work and personal life. Reel Rejects’ Coy Jandreau will be moderating the panel that will give an exclusive look at the final issues of the series and a tease of what’s to come for the half-mortal, half-god warrior that battles through the ages to discover the truth behind his “endless blood-soaked existence… and how to end it.”
Warner Bros. Theatrical
Saturday, July 23, 10:15am-11:15am, Hall H
Warner Bros. Pictures will once again descend upon San Diego Comic-Con with a glimpse of the future of the DCEU. While Warner Bros. isn’t ready to reveal every detail about the panel, it has shared that the show will be headlined by Black Adam and Shazam! Fury of the Gods. To help make this a show to remember, Dwayne Johnson and Zachary Levi will be present to share why the “hierarchy of power in the DC Universe will change.”
We may also get another glimpse of DC League of Super Pets as it will be released in theaters on July 29, and many will surely be waiting for new details on The Flash, especially after the legal troubles surrounding its star Ezra Miller, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

There is also a promise of a “few reveals and surprises,” so this is one trip to the stars you won’t want to miss.
The Sandman Special Video Presentation and Q&A
Saturday, July 23, 2:30pm-3:30pm, Hall H
The live-action adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s DC comic series The Sandman will be released on Netflix on August 5, and SDCC will provide fans will a special video presentation and a Q&A with the stars and producers of the shows. As with many of these panels, there will also be “Comic-Con exclusives and surprises” in store for those present and watching at home.
Marvel Studios
Saturday, July 23, 5:00pm-6:00pm, Hall H
What very well may be the biggest panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2022 is the one we know perhaps the least about. Marvel Studios will assemble at Hall H as its president and producer Kevin Feige and special guests provide “an inside look at the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe.” Despite us not being told what will be at the show, we still have a pretty good idea at what’s coming in the months and years ahead in the MCU.
Now that Thor: Love and Thunder is out of the way, we will soon be treated to the “I Am Groot” shorts and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. As we get closer to the end of 2022, we will be treated to the reported Untitled Halloween Special, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. In 2023, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (and the return of Jonathon Majors’ Kang!) will kick off the year in February before Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 and The Marvels arrive a few months after.
These previously mentioned projects are only the ones we have specific dates for and don’t include Secret Invasion, Blade, Fantastic Four, Loki’s second season, and so many more.
Will this panel reveal a bit more about the big Thanos-level threat or overarching story Phase 4 has been leading us towards? We’ll find out this weekend!
What are you most excited for at SDCC 2022? Let’s discuss in the comments!
